Great customer service second to none. Really Really pleasant call centre staff, jewellery is of good quality, item quite beautiful ,with occasional issues efficiently and kindly resolved. Presenters are all very nice but I must admit I watch a lot on mute, as some of the presenters enthusiasm and raised voices can irritate, (and also the continuous everything is rarer than the last thing they said was the rarest.,) However some are a total pleasure to watch honest, and amusing, knowledgeable and you just trust them Overall I love Gemporia

Had a run of issues with gemporia and finally after about 8 weeks trying to get too the bottom of things i thought we had resolved things. But sadly i was wrong. Came to a price pledge and was told yes i qualify only to be told 15min later no i dont. Why not tell me there and then. Usual slap dash sloppy service!!! I have simply lost all faith in the brand!!! Real shame

No idea which item you want me to review! But I know from past experiences that if you don’t like a review you ring me and ask me to change it! Just received jade ring it’s beautiful! The Destello scarf is amazing too, both were highlighted in your latest magazine . I set my alarm early and watched the breakfast show with Amelia and snapped up the ring as per the magazine. Delighted! Oh almost forgot two Destello handbags arrived this week! Amazing for the price. Love them . Thank you Hattie!

I find gemporia is inexpensive, but the downside is that they nearly always use yellow gold, I only buy white metal, as I don’t like yellow gold! Please put more white metals our way!

Excellent value for money it gives ordinary people like me the chance to buy amazing jewellery without these fantastic people i would never be able to own what I do it would just be for the rich thank you so much for making it possible xx
